Cohen & Steers AUM rises to $100.1B in June 2026
Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: CNS) reported preliminary assets under management of $100.1 billion as of June 30, 2026, up $644 million from $99.5 billion at the end of May 2026, according to a company statement.
The increase was driven by market appreciation of $611 million and net inflows of $495 million, partially offset by distributions of $462 million.
By investment vehicle, open-end funds held the largest share of AUM at $49.0 billion, up from $48.5 billion in May, supported by net inflows of $695 million and market appreciation of $196 million, offset by distributions of $354 million.
Total institutional accounts rose to $38.5 billion from $38.4 billion. Advisory accounts increased to $22.9 billion from $22.7 billion, while subadvisory accounts edged down to $15.6 billion from $15.7 billion, reflecting net outflows of $236 million.
Closed-end funds were little changed at $12.6 billion, with no net flows recorded, $50 million in market appreciation, and $56 million in distributions.
