Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE: PAYC) appointed Craig Boelte and William Kerber to its board of directors, effective July 8, 2026, expanding the board from six to eight members.

Boelte served as Paycom's chief financial officer for nearly 20 years before retiring in 2025. During his tenure, he helped guide the company through its 2014 initial public offering and a period of revenue growth from $108 million in 2013 to approaching $2 billion in the year prior to his retirement. He currently manages his family office and serves on the board of Kirkpatrick Bank. Before joining Paycom, Boelte founded an accounting firm and spent nine years at Deloitte & Touche. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in accounting from Oklahoma State University.

Kerber is the chief executive officer of Human Mode, LLC, a robotics company focused on humanoid and collaborative robotic systems. He joined Paycom in 1999 as one of its original employees, working as a software developer and network architect before being promoted to chief information officer in 2007, a position he held until 2017. Kerber holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Oklahoma.

Chad Richison, Paycom's founder, CEO and chairman, said in a statement that both appointees bring "deep knowledge of our business, industry expertise and longstanding commitment to our mission."
