Rubrik (NYSE: RBRK) announced plans to invest more than £375 million ($500 million) in the United Kingdom over the next five years and named London as its EMEA headquarters.

The company said the investment will support expansion across EMEA, including additional hiring in sales, marketing, and customer support. Rubrik currently serves 2,000 customers across EMEA, with nearly half using three or more of its products.

"This investment strengthens our UK ecosystem, helping EMEA customers address the critical need for European data sovereignty, quickly recover from cyberattacks, and safely scale AI."

Kanishka Narayan, Minister for AI and Online Safety, said the move "will create high-skilled jobs and deepen our strengths in the fast-growing fields of cyber and AI."

Rubrik reported a record first quarter for its UK business, adding enterprise and public-sector customers including Harbour Energy, Manchester City Council, and the Scottish Government. The company also announced the availability of Rubrik Security Cloud on the AWS European Sovereign Cloud on July 8, 2026, targeting EU public sector and regulated private organizations.

The company's new UK office will include an Executive Briefing Centre for customer and partner engagements.
