Chipotle Mexican Grill (NYSE: CMG) announced that its Board of Directors appointed Albert Baldocchi as an independent director to serve on its Audit and Risk Committee, replacing Scott Maw, effective July 7, 2026.

The Board determined that Baldocchi meets the heightened independence requirements for service on the Audit and Risk Committee as required by Securities and Exchange Commission Rule 10A-3 and New York Stock Exchange Rule 303A.06. Chipotle notified the NYSE of the committee composition change on the same date. No other changes were made to the Board's composition, committee composition, or leadership.
