Perion partners with Acrossmedia241 to expand AI ad tool in Greece
Perion (NASDAQ: PERI) announced a partnership with Acrossmedia241, a digital advertising and media technology company based in Greece, to distribute Outmax, Perion's AI-based advertising optimization tool, across Greece and the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region.
Outmax operates across digital channels including YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and other demand-side platforms, optimizing ad spend toward advertiser-defined business outcomes. The partnership builds on an existing relationship between Acrossmedia241 and Perion's digital out-of-home (DOOH) product.
Acrossmedia241 has established agency relationships in Greece and the broader CEE region, including work with Greek tourism boards and international buying desks. Perion said the arrangement is structured to reduce customer acquisition costs and accelerate Outmax revenue growth.
The companies plan to publicly launch the partnership at the Programmatic & Beyond Conference in Athens on July 9, where Perion will appear as a Grand Sponsor alongside Acrossmedia241.
"Expanding our distribution partner network, as we've done with GIMC in China and McSorely Media and Mediamark in Africa, is central to how we extend our reach and compound toward our 2028 growth targets," said Tal Jacobson, Perion's CEO, in a statement.
Irini Sacha, Founder & CEO of Acrossmedia241, said Outmax gives the company a way to optimize across multiple digital channels against clients' own business goals rather than platform defaults.
Perion described the deal as consistent with a partner-led expansion model it has applied in other regions.
