Jefferies prices €850M senior notes due 2033 at 4.500%

Jefferies Financial Group Inc. (NYSE: JEF) announced the pricing of a public offering of €850,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of 4.500% Senior Notes due 2033, carrying an effective yield of 4.544%.

The notes are set to mature on July 15, 2033, with the offering expected to settle on July 15, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

Jefferies said it intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.

The company expects to apply for the notes to be admitted to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange plc, trading as Euronext Dublin, and to be admitted to trading on the Global Exchange Market of Euronext Dublin, subject to approval.

Jefferies International Limited served as sole global coordinator and joint active book-runner for the offering. Banco Santander, S.A., Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Natixis, SMBC Bank International plc, and Société Générale acted as joint active book-runners. A group of additional institutions served as co-managers, including HSBC Bank plc, UniCredit Bank GmbH, and NatWest Markets Plc, among others.

The offering is being made pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
