Fiduciary Trust International names Sue Wilchusky as CAO
Fiduciary Trust International, a wealth management firm and subsidiary of Franklin Templeton (NYSE: BEN), has appointed Sue Wilchusky as chief administrative officer, according to a press release from the company.
Wilchusky is based in the firm's Radnor, PA office and reports to chief executive officer Adam Spector. Craig Richards continues in his role as chief operating officer and head of tax.
Wilchusky joins from Brandywine Global, where she served as chief operating officer overseeing business operations, marketing, product management, portfolio compliance, investment performance, and business strategy. Before joining Brandywine Global in 2011, she held product development and distribution strategy roles at SEI Investments. Earlier in her career, she worked at Deutsche Bank, Fidelity Investments, and Deloitte & Touche.
Wilchusky holds Certified Financial Planner and Certified Public Accountant designations. She earned an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and a bachelor of science in accounting from the University of Delaware.
"Sue's role revolves around execution – working with me and the executive team to drive key firmwide initiatives, improve coordination across functions, and make sure we are making consistent progress against our priorities," said Spector.
Fiduciary Trust International reported over $108 billion in assets under management and administration as of March 31, 2026.
