Venu Holding touts $1.5B amphitheater pipeline in trade feature

July 8, 2026 7:03 AM

Venu Holding Corporation (NYSE American: VENU) announced it was featured in a VenuesNow cover story examining amphitheater development activity in the United States.

According to the press release, the article identifies VENU's five active projects as representing approximately $1.5 billion in development. Those projects include the Ford Amphitheater in Colorado Springs, Regent Bank Amphitheater in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Sunset Amphitheater in McKinney, Texas, and venues under development in El Paso and Webster, Texas, and Chattanooga, Tennessee.

The VenuesNow piece describes VENU's venues as designed to operate year-round rather than during a traditional limited concert season. The company's strategy includes municipal participation in the form of contributed real estate and tax incentives.

"Most of the outdoor venues fans grew up on were built for a different era of live entertainment," said J.W. Roth, founder, chairman, and CEO of VENU. "We're not building amphitheaters in the traditional sense. We're building venues that can operate multi-seasonally on a more-than-music model and become anchors for the communities around them."
