Aurora Mobile Limited (NASDAQ: JG) announced that its customer engagement platform, EngageLab, participated in The MarTech Summit Hong Kong on July 7, 2026, according to a company press release.

At the event, the EngageLab team demonstrated its AppPush product, which supports push notification channels from Huawei, OPPO, VIVO, Honor, and Meizu, in addition to FCM and APNS. The company claims its built-in backup channels can achieve delivery rates of up to 99%, including for devices running HarmonyOS.

The team also presented its omnichannel marketing automation platform, which allows brands to manage AppPush, WebPush, Email, SMS, and WhatsApp Business API communications within a single interface. Use cases demonstrated at the summit included booking confirmations via WhatsApp, location-based messages via AppPush, and post-stay feedback requests via email.

EngageLab also introduced LiveDesk, an AI-powered customer service platform the company says can handle 90% of routine inquiries automatically while supporting multilingual, 24/7 service through a combination of AI agents and human staff.

Additionally, the company showcased EngageLab Silent Auth, a recently launched login verification solution that uses background carrier network verification, requiring no user input during the authentication process.

The MarTech Summit Hong Kong reported 85% of attendees were senior-level professionals, including C-suite executives, department heads, and directors.
