Chris Sambar, Chief Operating Officer of Public Storage (NYSE: PSA), resigned effective at the end of July 2026 to join T-Mobile as Chief Enterprise Officer, according to a company statement.

Public Storage stated that the resignation was not related to any disagreement with the company on matters concerning its operations, policies, or practices.

The company's operations leadership team will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Tom Boyle until a permanent replacement is identified.
