July 7, 2026 8:30 AM

House of Doge (NASDAQ: HODO), the corporate arm of the Dogecoin Foundation, has completed its merger with Brag House Holdings Inc. and begun trading on the Nasdaq, according to a shareholder letter issued by the company.

Marco Margiotta has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the combined company, with House of Doge equity holders holding majority ownership. "Public market access gives us the capital and the visibility to scale our payments infrastructure, grow our sports portfolio, and continue building toward a future where ownership of real-world assets can be accessed by anyone," Margiotta said.

The company holds stakes in several European sports clubs, including a position as the largest equity holder in Italy's US Triestina Calcio 1918 and second-largest owner of HC Sierre in Switzerland, which won the 2025/26 Sky Swiss League Championship. House of Doge also announced it became the Principal Investor in the newly formed Milano Hockey Club, approved for the international ICE Hockey League's 2026/27 season.

On the payments side, the company announced a June 1 partnership with Paxos to integrate Dogecoin into Paxos' crypto brokerage and custody infrastructure, which supports platforms including PayPal, Venmo, and Interactive Brokers across more than 150 countries. On June 9, a partnership with MoonPay was announced to enable Dogecoin payments across more than 6,000 merchants through a platform called ÐOGE Pay.

The company also launched a beta version of Such, a direct-to-consumer mobile application described as a payments and commerce platform, in May 2026.

House of Doge said it has partnered with 21Shares on Dogecoin exchange-traded products, including the 21Shares Dogecoin ETF (TDOG), which began trading in January 2026 and has been integrated with Robinhood.

The company stated three priorities for the remainder of 2026: a Dogecoin global debit card in active development, real-world asset tokenization starting with its sports clubs, and tokenized fan engagement across those clubs.
