Rezolve Ai (NASDAQ: RZLV) announced a new technology called Auditable AI, designed to generate human-readable explanations for AI-produced product recommendations in retail and commerce settings, according to a company statement.

Developed by Rezolve Ai Labs, the technology is intended to make AI recommendations traceable by grounding them in verified customer preferences, product attributes, purchase history, and business rules. The system is described as model-agnostic, meaning it can operate across multiple AI platforms.

The announcement follows two prior releases from the company: brainpowa™, an architecture aimed at reducing AI hallucinations, and TraceWare™, a tool for tracking autonomous AI agent activity. Rezolve positions Auditable AI as the third component of its Brain Suite platform.

Research conducted internally by Rezolve Ai Labs claimed a 3.7x improvement in transparency compared with conventional large language model architectures. The research has been accepted for presentation at the International Conference on Social Robotics (ICSR) 2026 in London.

The company said Auditable AI is designed to help retailers meet evolving regulatory expectations around explainable artificial intelligence and to reduce operational risk. The technology also proactively identifies uncertainty and requests clarification when customer intent cannot be determined with confidence.

Auditable AI will be integrated into the Brain Suite platform alongside the company's existing tools as part of its stated enterprise AI strategy.
