Investing.com - Lockheed Martin Corp. (NYSE: LMT) received two defense contracts totaling more than $203 million from the U.S. military, the Department of War announced.

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems was awarded a $60,602,848 contract on June 30, 2026, for AEGIS ship integration and test in support of surface combatant ships and related tactical sites. The contract includes options that could bring the cumulative value to $1,383,266,817. Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey (36%); Norfolk, Virginia Beach (25%); Bath, Maine (11%); Pascagoula, Mississippi (10%); San Diego, California (9%); Deveselu, Romania (4%); Redzikowo, Poland (3%); and various other locations (2%).

The AEGIS contract is expected to be completed by June 2027, with work continuing through June 2036 if all options are exercised. The contract was competitively procured via the System for Award Management website, with two offers received. Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co. was awarded a $142,910,785 cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for software sustainment services for the C-5 Galaxy. The contract provides software updates and maintenance, supporting certification artifacts, systems integration laboratory maintenance, engineering and technical support, and software engineering support services. Work will be performed in Marietta, Georgia, and Greenville, South Carolina.

The C-5 Galaxy contract is expected to be completed by May 20, 2032. The contract was a sole source acquisition, with fiscal 2026 operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $19,317,604 obligated at time of award. The C-5 Contracting Branch, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is the contracting activity.
