SEALSQ reports 120% revenue growth in H1 2026, reaffirms guidance

July 6, 2026 4:10 PM

SEALSQ Corp (NASDAQ: LAES) reported preliminary unaudited revenue of approximately $11 million for the first half of 2026, representing a 120% increase compared to $5 million in the same period of 2025, according to a company statement.

Second-quarter 2026 revenue came in at approximately $7 million, up from $4 million in the first quarter. The Geneva-based semiconductor and post-quantum technology company attributed the growth primarily to demand for its Vault-IC secure element product family, six months of consolidated revenue from IC'ALPS SAS — acquired in August 2025 — growth in PKI subscription contracts, and initial contributions from the Quantix Edge Security center in Murcia, Spain.

As of June 30, 2026, the company reported cash and short-term investments of approximately $495 million, which included proceeds from a $125 million registered direct offering completed in March 2026.

SEALSQ reaffirmed its full-year 2026 revenue guidance of 50% to 100% growth relative to audited fiscal year 2025 revenue of $18.3 million, implying a range of approximately $27 million to $36 million.

The company also reported an active business pipeline of more than $225 million in potential revenue opportunities through 2029, with more than $60 million tied to its QS7001 and QVault TPM post-quantum products. The company noted that pipeline figures represent management estimates and are subject to conversion risks, customer validation, and technical integration factors.

During the first half of 2026, SEALSQ completed the acquisition of Miraex SA, increased its ownership in Wecan Group to a majority position, and participated as a lead investor in Quobly's €115 million Series A financing round alongside STMicroelectronics.

On the product certification front, QS7001 obtained NIST SP 800-90B Entropy Source Validation and passed Common Criteria fault-injection and side-channel resistance tests. The company expects to receive a CC EAL5+ Evaluation Technical Report in the second half of 2026, with initial commercial revenues from QS7001 and QVault TPM anticipated by year-end.

All figures reported are preliminary and unaudited. Final results are expected to be disclosed when the company completes its condensed consolidated financial statements for the period ended June 30, 2026.
