Coloured Ties Capital plans 3-for-1 share consolidation
Coloured Ties Capital Inc. (TSXV: TIE) (OTC Pink: APEOF) announced a proposed consolidation of its common shares on a three-to-one basis, reducing its share count from approximately 21,886,934 to 7,295,645 shares outstanding.
The board of directors approved the consolidation, which remains subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange. The company said it will announce an effective date upon receiving exchange approval. The company's name will not change as part of the consolidation.
According to a press release statement, the consolidation is intended to make the company more attractive to potential new investors and to streamline financial procedures, including any future capital returns or dividend payments. The company stated there are no planned capital returns at this time.
As of March 31, 2026, Coloured Ties holds investments in Sirios Resources Inc. (TSXV: SOI), LaFleur Minerals Inc. (CSE: LFLR), Gladiator Metals (TSXV: GLAD), Honey Badger Silver (TSXV: TUF), Akanda Corp. (NASDAQ: AKAN), Hertz Energy Inc. (CSE: HZ), Edgement Gold Corp. (TSXV: EDGM), and other public and private entities.
The company also noted that investee Canadian Towers and Fibre Optics Inc. completed a share purchase agreement with Akanda Corp. on August 21, 2025, under which Akanda Corp. acquired all issued and outstanding shares of Canadian Towers. That transaction remains subject to capital structure changes on the Nasdaq exchange.
