Scilex Holding Company (Nasdaq: SCLX) announced that Dream Bowl I Meme Coin tokens began trading on the Biconomy Exchange on July 6, 2026.

The tokens were previously distributed to stockholders and certain other eligible equityholders of Scilex and Datavault AI Inc (Nasdaq: DVLT). Scilex said it believes trading on the exchange may provide liquidity and broader distribution for those token holders.

Scilex currently holds approximately 180 million Dream Bowl Tokens following the distribution to participating holders as of the April 30, 2026 record date.

The Biconomy Exchange serves more than 10 million users and institutions across more than 180 countries and ranks among the top 40 global exchanges by trading volume, according to the company, with average daily volume of approximately $2.0 billion. The platform holds 98% of assets in cold storage.

Scilex is a Palo Alto, California-based company focused on non-opioid pain management products. Its commercial products include ZTlido, ELYXYB, and Gloperba.
