Grab Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: GRAB) announced that Dara Khosrowshahi has resigned from its Board of Directors, effective July 6, 2026.

Following the departure, the board comprises six directors, four of whom are independent.

The company noted that Uber's economic interest in Grab remains unchanged by the board transition.
