Voyager Technologies (NYSE: VOYG) has closed a $250 million syndicated credit facility led by J.P. Morgan, according to a press release from the defense and space company.

The facility, described as upsized from its original size, is intended to provide liquidity to support customer demand across Voyager's space, defense, and national security business segments. Availability of funds remains subject to the terms of the credit agreement.

Phil De Sousa, chief financial officer of Voyager, commented on the transaction: "We continue to maintain a fortress balance sheet. We are building a generational defense and space company, and this capital position reflects the confidence our financial partners have in where we're headed."
