Quantum Cyber N.V. (Nasdaq: QUCY) announced projected production capacity targets for a proposed manufacturing facility in Bridgeport, Connecticut, with an estimated annual output of approximately 100,000 drones upon full operational buildout.

The announcement follows a Letter of Intent signed June 8, 2026, by Quantum Drones Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Quantum Cyber, to acquire a facility at 38 Union Avenue, Bridgeport, from Arcade Technology LLC for $3,200,000. The approximately 50,000-square-foot facility includes installed industrial equipment such as CNC machining centers, overhead crane systems, and compressed air infrastructure.

The company said the planned facility would house multiple concurrent automated assembly lines configured for separate product categories, including kamikaze one-way attack drone platforms and autonomous interceptor systems. Existing equipment at the site, including 3D printers, stamping presses, lathes, and milling machines, is described as providing foundational fabrication capability for drone airframe components.

Quantum Cyber cited Trump Administration Executive Order 14307, which directs acceleration of domestic drone production capacity, and the U.S. Department of Defense FY2027 Budget Request, which includes approximately $55 billion allocated toward drone and autonomous warfare programs, as policy context for its production targets.

"100,000 drones per year, from a single facility we own and operate is the target," said David Lazar, Chief Executive Officer of Quantum Cyber N.V. "The Pentagon is looking for attritable systems at scale, and Executive Order 14307 directs domestic production."

The company noted that the Letter of Intent does not guarantee execution of a definitive purchase agreement or completion of the transaction. Production capacity targets represent management projections based on current planned facility configuration and do not constitute binding commitments. The company has not announced any existing procurement contracts to support the projected production volumes.
