PMGC Holdings merges AGA Precision into A&B Aerospace unit

July 6, 2026 7:30 AM

PMGC Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: ELAB) announced it has merged AGA Precision Systems LLC into its subsidiary A&B Aerospace, Inc., with A&B Aerospace serving as the surviving legal entity.

Following the merger, AGA will cease to exist as a separate legal entity. A&B Aerospace plans to continue operating under the AGA name as a fictitious business name, or DBA, to maintain continuity with existing customers, vendors, and contracts.

Both companies' manufacturing sites are expected to remain operational — A&B Aerospace in Azusa, California, and AGA's former site in Santa Ana, California. The combined business will share resources, personnel, leadership, and administrative support under the A&B Aerospace structure.

PMGC stated the consolidation is intended to reduce duplicative governance, reporting, and administrative overhead. The company also expects the combined structure to improve customer coverage and operational flexibility across both locations.

A&B Aerospace, founded in 1948 and headquartered in Azusa, California, provides precision machining and aerospace manufacturing services. Its customers include Boeing, Honeywell International Inc., and Moog Inc. The company holds AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certifications and operates more than 20 CNC machines, including 5-axis machining capabilities.

PMGC Holdings is a diversified holding company based in Newport Beach, California, according to the press release.
