Investing.com -- Ondas Inc. announced Monday it will acquire DZYNE Technologies for $875.8 million in a combined cash and stock transaction. The deal will transform Ondas into a full-service autonomous defense technology platform, Bloomberg reported on Monday.

DZYNE investors will receive $200 million in cash and approximately $675 million in stock. More than half of the stock portion will be subject to a six-month lock-up period. Private equity firm Highlander Partners holds a majority stake in DZYNE.

DZYNE manufactures unmanned aircraft used for military surveillance and reconnaissance operations. The company also produces smaller autonomous drones and counter-drone systems.

Ondas currently develops autonomous drones, counter-drone technology and wireless communications systems for government and industrial customers.

DZYNE projects revenue of $191 million for 2026 and $300 million for 2027. Following the DZYNE acquisition and the completion of its Ominisys purchase in May, Ondas now targets $525 million in revenue for 2026, up from a previous forecast of $390 million.
