Apogee Enterprises, Inc. (Nasdaq: APOG) has appointed Christopher W. Ede as President of its Architectural Glass segment, the Minneapolis-based company announced.

Ede previously served as Vice President of Business Development at Apogee since joining the company in 2022. In that role, he led mergers and acquisitions efforts, including overseeing the acquisitions of UW Solutions and Kalwall.

Apogee Executive Chair and CEO Don Nolan commented on the appointment: "He has demonstrated a strong ability to identify growth opportunities, build strategic relationships, and execute acquisitions that have strengthened our portfolio."

Ede brings more than 20 years of experience in strategy, global profit and loss management, mergers and acquisitions, finance, and portfolio transformation, according to the company's statement.
