REE Automotive shares to be suspended from Nasdaq on July 7

July 6, 2026 3:12 AM

REE Automotive Ltd. (NASDAQ: REE) announced it has received a delisting determination from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC after failing to regain compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), which requires a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share.

The company's Class A ordinary shares will be suspended from trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market at the opening of business on July 7, 2026. Nasdaq will then file a Form 25-NSE with the Securities and Exchange Commission to formally remove the company's securities from listing and registration.

REE Automotive's shares first fell below the $1.00 minimum bid price threshold for 30 consecutive business days between May 15, 2025 and June 27, 2025. Nasdaq notified the company of the deficiency on July 1, 2025, and granted an initial 180-day compliance period through December 29, 2025. The company received a second 180-day extension through June 29, 2026, but did not regain compliance during that period. Nasdaq issued the delisting determination on June 30, 2026.

The company stated it does not intend to request a hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel, which was available as an option until July 7, 2026.
