André Branch resigned from the board of directors of Signet Jewelers Limited (NYSE: SIG) on July 2, 2026, effective immediately.

According to a company statement, Branch's departure was not related to any disagreement with the company on matters including its operations, policies, or practices.

Following the resignation, the board said it intends to reduce its size from 11 to 10 members.
