Marcy Klevorn has resigned from the board of directors of Cerence Inc. (NASDAQ: CRNC), effective July 1, 2026, according to a company statement.

Klevorn notified the board of her decision on June 28, 2026. The company stated her resignation was for personal reasons and was not related to any disagreement over the company's operations, policies, practices, accounting, or financial statements.

At the time of her resignation, Klevorn served on the board's Compensation Committee and Nominating and Governance Committee.
