Mdxhealth receives Nasdaq minimum bid price deficiency notice

July 2, 2026 4:00 PM

Mdxhealth SA (NASDAQ: MDXH) announced it received a notification letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of the Nasdaq Stock Market, dated June 30, 2026, stating the company is not in compliance with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) requires listed securities to maintain a minimum closing bid price of at least $1.00 per share. A deficiency is triggered when a stock fails to meet this threshold for 30 consecutive business days.

The notification does not affect the company's current listing status. Under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A), the company has 180 calendar days, until December 28, 2026, to regain compliance. To do so, the company's ordinary shares must close at or above $1.00 for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days.

If the company does not regain compliance by the deadline, it may be eligible for additional time or could face delisting proceedings.

According to a press release, the company's business operations are not affected by the notification. Mdxhealth stated it intends to monitor its closing bid price and may consider available options, including a reverse share split of its outstanding ordinary shares, to regain compliance.
