Jersey Mike's files for IPO, plans NYSE listing under ticker JMKE
Jersey Mike's Subs Inc. has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock, according to a press release from the Tinton Falls, N.J.-based company.
The sandwich chain said it intends to list its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "JMKE." The number of shares to be offered and the price range have not yet been determined. The offering is subject to market conditions and the effectiveness of the registration statement.
Morgan Stanley, Jefferies, and J.P. Morgan are serving as global coordinators and joint bookrunning managers for the proposed offering. Barclays and Guggenheim Securities are acting as co-global coordinators and joint bookrunning managers. A number of additional firms, including BofA Securities, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Evercore ISI, UBS Investment Bank, and Wells Fargo Securities, among others, are acting as joint bookrunning managers. Blackstone, Loop Capital Markets, and Tigress Financial Partners are serving as co-managers.
The registration statement has not yet become effective, and no securities may be sold until it does so.
