CLPS Incorporation (NASDAQ: CLPS) announced the launch of Athena, an internal enterprise AI knowledge platform designed to consolidate dispersed company information into a centralized, searchable system.

According to a press release, Athena uses technologies including large language models, vector databases, multimodal knowledge extraction, and AI agents to gather information stored across documents, images, audio recordings, and CRM systems into a unified knowledge base accessible through natural language queries.

The company states it expects pre-sales solution delivery efficiency to improve by more than 50% as a result of the platform, reducing knowledge retrieval time from hours to seconds for employees across sales, pre-sales, delivery, and client management teams.

Athena includes a permission isolation framework that limits employee access to knowledge within their authorized scope. The platform also incorporates a self-evolving feedback mechanism, where automated agents analyze user feedback to refine the knowledge base and retrieval processes over time.

CEO Raymond Lin said the initiative aims to reduce knowledge loss associated with employee turnover and improve client responsiveness. Lin also indicated the company plans to explore commercializing the platform externally, though no timeline or specific terms were provided.

CLPS, headquartered in Hong Kong and established in 2005, operates across 10 countries with a focus on digital transformation services in fintech, e-commerce, and related sectors.
