Rivian raises 2026 delivery outlook after Q2 results top guidance
Rivian Automotive (NASDAQ: RIVN) produced 12,613 vehicles and delivered 12,194 vehicles in the second quarter ending June 30, 2026, according to a press release from the company.
The delivery figure exceeded Rivian's own quarterly outlook of 9,000 to 11,000 vehicles. The company attributed the results to quarter-over-quarter growth in its EDV and R1 vehicle lines, along with the start of R2 deliveries.
Following the quarterly results, Rivian raised its full-year 2026 delivery guidance to 65,000 to 70,000 vehicles, up from a prior range of 62,000 to 67,000 vehicles.
The company said it will release its second quarter 2026 financial results on July 30, 2026, after market close, followed by an audio webcast at 5:00 p.m. ET the same day.
