Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac release FICO Score 10T historical data
Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have released expanded historical datasets for FICO Score 10T, covering loan-level performance data from April 2013 through September 2025, according to a statement from FICO (NYSE: FICO).
The datasets are available directly from each government-sponsored enterprise and are intended to allow lenders, investors, and housing finance stakeholders to evaluate the performance of FICO Score 10T using real-world loan-level information.
FICO Score 10T incorporates trended credit data and, where available in the credit bureau file, rental payment history. Julie May, vice president and general manager of B2B Scores at FICO, said in the statement that the release represents "an important step forward in advancing the credit score modernization effort."
FICO Score 10T is currently available at no cost alongside Classic FICO through the FICO Score 10T Free Access Program. The company said nearly 70 lenders have enrolled in the program.
