Dole plc (NYSE: DOLE) has completed the sale of its port and port operations in Guayaquil, Ecuador to TIL Switzerland Sàrl, according to a company statement.

The transaction, which was first announced in December 2025, generated net proceeds of approximately $75 million in cash after costs and customary transaction completion adjustments.
