Scorpio Tankers Inc. (NYSE: STNG) has issued a redemption notice for its 7.5% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2030 and received a commitment for a new $90 million credit facility, according to a company statement.

The notes carry an aggregate principal amount of $200 million and were originally scheduled to mature in January 2030. The redemption is expected to take place on July 17, 2026, at a make-whole price of 106.4 to par, plus accrued but unpaid interest.

The credit facility carries a final maturity of seven years from the delivery date of each vessel and bears interest at SOFR plus a margin of 1.20% per annum. The facility is subject to customary conditions precedent and execution of definitive documentation, and is expected to close within the third quarter of 2026.

Monaco-based Scorpio Tankers currently owns 79 product tankers, comprising 29 LR2 tankers, 36 MR tankers, and 14 Handymax tankers, with an average age of 10.2 years.
