TKO Group Holdings (NYSE: TKO) held its first simultaneous WWE and UFC events on June 27, with WWE Night of Champions in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and UFC Fight Night: Fiziev vs Torres in Baku, Azerbaijan, both drawing sold-out crowds.

In Riyadh, WWE Night of Champions was held at Kingdom Arena, drawing more than 18,000 fans. The event generated 186.8 million social video views across WWE's main social channels, with 74.2 million views tied to Sami Zayn's WWE Championship victory.

In Baku, UFC Fight Night took place at National Gymnastics Arena, where more than 10,500 fans attended. Approximately 40% of ticket purchases came from outside Azerbaijan, with attendees representing 72 countries. The event generated more than 612.9 million impressions and 297.3 million video views across UFC's social channels. Local fighter Rafael Fiziev defeated Manuel Torres by second-round stoppage in the lightweight main event.

"Demand for premium live sports and entertainment in the Middle East and surrounding markets remains incredibly strong," said Andrew Schleimer, Chief Financial Officer of TKO, in a statement. "These events further underscore the near and long-term strength of the TKO business."

Both events were organized in partnership with government entities and private-sector organizations. The Riyadh event was presented with local partners at the GEA and featured a record number of partners, according to the company.
