Driivz, a subsidiary of Vontier (NYSE: VNT), announced a partnership with Iberdrola | bp pulse to manage and optimize a network of 2,500 fast and ultra-fast electric vehicle chargers across Spain and Portugal.

Under the agreement, Driivz's software platform will provide Iberdrola | bp pulse with real-time analytics covering charger availability, uptime, hardware performance, and charging patterns. The platform will also support dynamic energy management and an API-first architecture intended to enable future capabilities such as vehicle-to-grid and coordinated charging.

Iberdrola | bp pulse is a 50/50 joint venture between Iberdrola and BP operating across the Iberian Peninsula. The company serves individual drivers, corporate fleets, and hospitality, retail, and workplace customers.

"This migration is a strategic decision to build our operation on foundations that allow us to grow, innovate and deliver the reliability the Iberian market deserves," said Federico Artes, Technology and Operations Director of Iberdrola | bp pulse for the Iberian Peninsula.

Driivz CEO Shiri Levi-Laor said the partnership reflects the complexity of managing multi-market, multi-vendor charging networks, adding that a frictionless charging experience "is no longer a differentiator – it's what the market expects."

According to a report published by Driivz, 59% of EV charging operators cite charger reliability as the industry's top challenge, and 67% consider artificial intelligence critical to company growth.

Driivz states its platform currently manages over 3 million ports across 36 countries.
