June 30, 2026 4:05 PM

Rush Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: RUSHA, RUSHB) announced it will dual list its common stock on the Nasdaq Texas exchange, with trading expected to begin July 1, 2026.

The company will retain its primary listing on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. The dual listing will not affect investors' ability to trade shares on that market, will not result in the issuance of new shares, and will not alter the company's governance structure or reporting obligations. Shares will continue to trade under the ticker symbols "RUSHA" and "RUSHB."

Nasdaq Texas is a newly established exchange designed to broaden capital access for companies with ties to Texas. Rush Enterprises is headquartered in New Braunfels, Texas, and according to the company's statement, operates 55 locations in the state and employs approximately 2,400 people there.

W.M. "Rusty" Rush, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President, said in a statement: "We have grown along with our home state and are proud to be a part of the opportunity and growth that Nasdaq Texas represents."

Rush Enterprises operates Rush Truck Centers, a network of more than 160 commercial vehicle dealership locations across 24 U.S. states and Ontario, Canada.
