Supreme Court to hear Apple appeal in Epic antitrust case
The U.S. Supreme Court agreed to hear an appeal by Apple Inc. in its antitrust dispute with Epic Games Inc., the maker of Fortnite.
In a brief order, the justices said they will review lower court decisions that found Apple willfully defied a 2021 ruling related to developer fees charged through its App Store.
The case stems from a contempt ruling against Apple in its long-running legal battle with Epic Games.
