Rekor Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: REKR) introduced Go-Secure.Video, a media authentication technology that uses cryptographic methods to verify whether video content has been altered, according to a company statement released June 30, 2026.

The patent-pending system cryptographically signs video at the moment of capture, embedding a verifiable record tied to the originating device, date, time, and location. If any pixel, frame, or element is altered after recording, the system identifies where and when the change occurred. The company states the system produces a binary determination — authentic or tampered — without probabilistic scoring or AI confidence intervals.

Go-Secure.Video is available through a mobile app, a software development kit for embedding into recording devices, and direct integration into OEM platforms. The iOS app is currently available for evaluation through Apple's TestFlight platform. Rekor said it is in discussions with potential launch partner OEMs for broader device and platform integrations.

The company states the technology is compliant with both C2PA and ONVIF media signing standards and operates at the clip level rather than the file level, embedding provenance within the video bitstream at the hardware layer.

Target markets include law enforcement agencies, insurance carriers, courts, commercial security operators, and camera manufacturers.

Go-Secure.Video was developed by Rekor Labs and originated in 2024 following requests from public safety customers seeking assurance that video captured by Rekor's Scout platform could withstand authenticity challenges in criminal proceedings.
