Vivakor delays special dividend payment to September 5, 2026

Vivakor, Inc. (Nasdaq: VIVK) has pushed back the payment date of a previously announced special dividend to September 5, 2026, according to a press release issued June 30, 2026.

The company said the extension is intended to allow additional time to complete administrative and regulatory steps required to distribute the dividend. The record date and all other terms of the dividend remain unchanged, and no action is required by eligible shareholders.

The dividend will be paid in shares of Adapti, Inc. common stock. Based on Vivakor's shares outstanding as of the previously announced record date, eligible shareholders will receive approximately 0.0074 shares of Adapti, Inc. common stock for each share of Vivakor common stock held as of the record date. Vivakor currently holds approximately 206,595 shares of Adapti, Inc.

The company's Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, as well as its former Chief Financial Officer, waived their right to participate in the dividend, and shares held by those individuals are excluded from the calculation.
