D-Market Electronic Services & Trading, operating as Hepsiburada (NASDAQ: HEPS), announced the completion of a CEO transition that was first disclosed on December 29, 2025.

Nilhan Gökçetekin stepped down as Chief Executive Officer effective July 1, 2026. Ender Özgün assumed the role of CEO of Hepsiburada on the same date, taking overall responsibility for the company. Hakan Karadoğan was appointed CEO of Hepsiburada's Delivery business, also effective July 1, 2026. Both executives report to Chairman Mikheil Lomtadze and the Board of Directors.

Özgün had served as Chief Commercial Officer of Hepsiburada since May 2023 and previously held senior roles at Vodafone Turkey, including Chief Marketing Officer. He began his career at Procter & Gamble in marketing and brand management.

Karadoğan had served as CEO of Logistics at Hepsiburada since March 2024. Before joining the company, he was General Manager of Amazon Türkiye Operations and held management roles at General Electric spanning more than two decades across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and business leadership.

Chairman Lomtadze said in a statement: "Ender and Hakan are proven leaders from within Hepsiburada. They know our customers, merchants and operations, and they have the experience to lead the Company into its next phase."

Hepsiburada is a Turkish e-commerce platform connecting customers with products and services through marketplace, retail, logistics, and payment operations.
