Copper Intelligence Inc. (OTCID: CUAI) announced that its common stock has begun trading under the ticker symbol CUAI on the OTC markets, following a series of corporate actions that took effect June 1, 2026.

The ticker change accompanies the company's previously completed name change to Copper Intelligence Inc. and a related capital restructuring. The company's CUSIP number remains unchanged, and shareholders are not required to take any action in response to the ticker change.

According to a press release, Copper Intelligence claims to be the first stand-alone Democratic Republic of Congo company to be publicly traded in the United States. The company holds exploration assets in the DRC, including the Butembo exploration program in Eastern Congo and the Kitungu Exploration License PR-15880 in the DRC's Copper Belt region.

The company also announced a joint venture with CoTec Holdings of Canada focused on processing historical copper tailings in the DRC.
