Nuvectis Pharma launches public stock offering via Cantor
Nuvectis Pharma, Inc. (Nasdaq: NVCT), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, announced the commencement of an underwritten public offering of its common stock, according to a press release issued by the company.
All shares to be sold in the offering will be offered by Nuvectis. The company intends to grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares offered. Cantor is acting as sole book-runner for the offering.
Nuvectis said it plans to use net proceeds to advance its drug development programs, including NXP100, NXP200, and NXP900, as well as for hiring additional personnel, capital expenditures, costs of operating as a public company, and general corporate purposes.
The offering is being made under a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on February 13, 2026, and declared effective on February 20, 2026. The company noted that the offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there is no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to its actual size or terms.
