Five9, Inc. (NASDAQ: FIVN) announced the appointments of Niranjan Vijayaragavan as Chief Technology Officer, Rob Hornish as Chief Sales Officer, and Sven Linsmaier as Executive Vice President of Transformation and Strategy, all effective June 29, 2026.

Vijayaragavan most recently served as Chief Product and Technology Officer at Nintex. At Five9, he will oversee Product Engineering, Product Management, AI Automation, and Architecture. He previously held roles at Avalara, Expedia, Microsoft, and Boston Consulting Group.

Hornish most recently served as Chief Sales Officer at Redaptive. He previously held senior roles at McAfee Enterprise, Polycom, and Cisco Systems, and brings more than 30 years of sales leadership experience.

Linsmaier joins from Workday, where he served as VP of Business Finance and Operations. He previously was Chief Operating Officer at Convex and spent nine years at Boston Consulting Group. In his new role, he will lead enterprise strategy, oversee Corporate Development, and manage the company's priority initiatives.

Three departing executives will remain with the company in advisory roles to support the transitions: Panos Kozanian, Executive Vice President of Product Engineering; Jonathan Rosenberg, Chief Technology Officer; and Matthew Tuckness, Chief Revenue Officer.
