Alliance Authentic, a unit of Alliance Entertainment (Nasdaq: AENT), announced it has expanded its collectibles preservation platform beyond vinyl records to include Funko and Handmade by Robots figures.

According to a company press release, each preserved item meets five stated standards: curated, numbered, limited, certified uncirculated, and NFC-secured. The NFC chip carries verified identity, condition, and ownership history when a collectible changes hands.

The expansion coincides with a redesigned Alliance Authentic platform. New preserved vinyl releases include titles from Olivia Rodrigo, Harry Styles, Zara Larsson, Charli XCX, Karol G, Hayley Williams, and Angine de Poitrine.

"Every collector has a record that means everything to them," said Jeffrey Smith, SVP of Sales and Marketing at Alliance Authentic. "Opening this preservation system up to all of it, that's what I'm excited about. A fan is a fan of what they love, and we're here to protect it."

Alliance Entertainment describes itself as the largest distributor of physical media in the U.S., with more than 340,000 unique in-stock SKUs and serving over 35,000 retail locations. The company also owns Handmade by Robots, a stylized vinyl figure line featuring licensed characters.
