Swarmer, Inc. (NASDAQ: SWMR) announced an update to a May 2026 software license contract that adds approximately $1.02 million in expected revenue and extends the company's SkyKnight software into the Czech Republic.

The original contract, signed with Kyiv-based Meta Bureau LLC, was restructured so that $1.41 million in SkyKnight software licenses will instead be purchased by Czech-based Progress TRW S.R.O. Meta Bureau's autonomy license purchase was also increased from $1.38 million to $2.40 million under the revised terms.

The total contract is now valued at $3.87 million, with $2.47 million attributed to Meta Bureau and $1.41 million to Progress TRW. If all contract options are exercised by both parties, the deal could reach $14.20 million, up from the $13.18 million potential value of the original agreement.

The contract covers licenses for Swarmer's full platform, which includes its Operating System, Artificial Intelligence, and User Interface components. A separate license allocation covers only the operating system, with an option to upgrade to the full platform via an over-the-air update.

Swarmer, headquartered in Austin, Texas, develops drone autonomy software and states its technology has supported more than 100,000 combat missions in Ukraine since April 2024. The company operates through a subsidiary, Swarmer Estonia OÜ, which executed the updated contract.
