NN Inc. expands Nvidia data center liquid cooling supply contracts

June 29, 2026 7:02 AM

NN, Inc. (NASDAQ: NNBR) announced it has secured additional multi-year awards to supply stainless-steel liquid cooling components for Nvidia AI data center racks, according to a company press release.

The new awards triple the size of the liquid cooling product line the company launched in the first quarter of 2026. NN said it is procuring 30 additional CNC machine centers on top of the 17 previously announced, and has repurposed five automotive CNC production centers for data center use, bringing the total new machine count to 47. All 47 machines are planned for installation at the company's Wuxi, China facility, with the final unit expected to be installed in November 2026.

When the expansion is complete, the Wuxi plant will have approximately 250 CNC machine centers. NN said it has pre-sold 100% of the planned production capacity across a total of 52 dedicated machines, including two reserved for sample production.

The Wuxi plant will supply parts into Nvidia's Asia supply chain, covering China, Taiwan, and Vietnam.

Harold Bevis, President and CEO of NN, said the new awards fit within the company's previously issued guidance of $80 to $90 million in new business wins during 2026. "We will combine this new information along with other information and adjust 2026 and 2027 sales and EBITDA guidance, if needed, during NN's next business and guidance update when we release Q2 earnings in early August," Bevis said.

NN described its combined Data Center and Electric Grid segment as its second-largest business by sales, with a stated goal of making it the largest. The company has attended data center trade shows in the United States, Europe, and China during 2026.
