Mobix Labs, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOBX) has terminated its equity line of credit offering and filed a post-effective amendment to deregister approximately 900,000 shares that had been registered for potential sale, according to a press release.

The company said the shares were never issued and will not be issued under the now-terminated equity line of credit arrangement.
