LGL Group extends rights offering deadline to July 15
The LGL Group, Inc. (NYSE American: LGL) announced it has extended the expiration date of its subscription rights offering from June 29, 2026, to July 15, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time, citing administrative reasons.
The rights were distributed on June 5, 2026, and allow holders to purchase one share of common stock per right at a subscription price of $6.90 per share. All other terms of the offering remain unchanged.
An over-subscription privilege is available to shareholders of record who exercise their basic rights in full, allowing them to subscribe for shares that remain unexercised by other holders. No fractional shares will be issued.
All exercise notices and payments must be received by Computershare Trust Company, N.A. no later than the new deadline. Holders in street name are advised to contact their broker, bank, or other intermediary for instructions on exercising their rights.
The offering is registered under a Form S-1 filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, which became effective May 28, 2026.
