Mobility Global Inc. appointed Joseph R. Hinrichs as a director to its board of directors, expanding the board from two to three members, effective June 25, 2026.

Upon his appointment, Hinrichs will serve on the company's Audit Committee and Nominating and Compensation Committee.

The board determined that Hinrichs qualifies as an independent director under rules and regulations of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). The board also determined he meets the NYSE's financial literacy requirements, satisfies the definition of "audit committee financial expert" under Regulation S-K, and meets audit committee membership requirements under Rule 10A-3 of the Exchange Act.
