Energy Fuels Inc. (NYSE American: UUUU) reported that shareholders elected seven directors at the company's annual meeting held virtually on June 24, 2026.

All seven management nominees were approved through a combination of proxy votes and electronic poll. Michael H. Stirzaker received the highest share of votes in favor at 99.61%, followed by Ross R. Bhappu at 99.19% and Jaqueline Herrera at 98.41%. Barbara A. Filas received 98.09% support, Bruce D. Hansen 97.11%, Dennis L. Higgs 88.99%, and Benjamin Eshleman III 88.61%.

Eshleman and Higgs saw the highest withhold votes, at 11.39% and 11.01%, respectively.
