Coca-Cola's North America president to step down Aug. 1

The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE: KO) announced that Jennifer Mann will step down as EVP and President of its North America Operating Unit effective Aug. 1. John Murphy, President and Chief Financial Officer, will assume responsibility for the unit on an interim basis.

Mann will remain with the company through April 2027 as a senior advisor. A permanent successor has not yet been named.

Mann has led the North America Operating Unit, the company's largest, since Jan. 1, 2023. Before that role, she served as president of Global Ventures from 2019, overseeing Costa Coffee and Coca-Cola's investment in Monster Beverage Corp. She also served as chief people officer from 2017 to 2019 and held various other roles during her 29-year tenure with the company.

CEO Henrique Braun said in a statement: "I am grateful to Jennifer for her tremendous contributions to The Coca-Cola Company as an operator and leader."
